  1. There is zero tolerance for flaming, which is attacking members for their opinions.
  2. No vulgar language is allowed.
  3. In an effort to maintain the nurturing environment of this group, discriminatory or derogative discussions on race, sexual preference, and religion will not be allowed.
  4. Individuals engaged in research must disclose this when seeking membership.
  5. Once you have subscribed and begin receiving mail, please send an introductory post about you and the group you represent.
  6. Please create a signature line at the end of your post that includes: your name, the group you represent, school district and county in NJ.
  7. Please use the proper subject heading for your post in the subject line to help people prioritize what they read.
  8. When responding to a post, please delete all information possible and leave only the details relevant to your response.
  9. When having a specific discussion with one person please email that person directly rather than to the group.
  10. Although moderators will monitor the group, feel free to contact the moderator anytime with any concerns so he can attempt to resolve any issues. list_admin@selc-usa.org

  1. If you would like to have all of the messages coming from the Listserv contain [SELC] in the subject you need to Send an email to LISTSERV@NETPALS.LSOFT.COM and include the following in the body of the message
    SET SPEC_ED_LC SUBJecthdr
  2. A Listserv works like a mirror, all email sent to it are reflected/sent to every member of the listserv, including the person who sent the email. SO if you just want to send an email to the sender, do not reply to the listerv.
